To show your property in the best light here are a few tips:
- If you can, have any photos taken on a bright sunny day
- Use as much daylight (rather than a flash) as possible - you may need to use a tripod
- Take photos from lots of different places around the room to give a sense of the space
- Avoid close-ups of furniture unless it is a special feature of the location
- Please only send us shots of the rooms you are willing to allow photography in
- Take both interior and exterior shots
